Boot Camp

Join us for a boot-camp style fitness class, where we will work on physical health and strength, as well as fellowship and building relationships with others. ALL fitness levels welcome and encouraged. No equipment necessary, just bring your water and join us for a great workout!

Fitness Program

Leaders: Chara Calendine and Josiah Pannell

Location: Capital City Church

Day and Time: Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM

Audience: Ages 14 and up (under 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian)
